Cartridge High Pressure Mechanical Seal

According to client’s requests of production process, these situation will be adopted shaft sealed if they have special requirements on pressure , temperature, material, industries and environment. Common sealing ways are mechanical sealing and filling up sealing. Mechanical seals are relying on a pair or several vertical axis relative to the end face of sliding under the pressure of the fluid and elastic (or magnetic) compensation mechanism of action to maintain the seal affixed to merge with auxiliary means to achieve the seal leakage resistance .


1. Rotating seal ring materials: 9CR18, 1CR13 repair welding cobalt chromium tungsten, cast iron, tungsten carbide.
Silent seal ring materials : resin impregnated graphine, bronze, phenolic plastic, tungsten carbide, cerements.


2. Mechanical seal can be divided into single mechanical seal and double mechanical seal according to friction surfaces .
 

3. Main points of installing and using mechanical seals .
1) Radial runout of device rotating shaft should less than 0.04 mm, and lateral runout should no more than 0.1 mm;
2) When installation, please keep the equipment sealing parts clean, the sealing accessories must be washed and keep the sealing face intact to prevent impurity and dust.
3) No knocking and taping when installing, or mechanical sealing friction damage and sealing failed.
4) Coating a layer of cleaning machine oil on the surface of sealing phase when installing,  to make the installation easier.
5) When installing silent seal ring , the screw must be pressed averagely to guarantee silent ring face was perpendicular to shaft lines .
6) Push rotating ring by hands after installation, the ring should be move smoothly up and down and have elasticity in some degree .
7) Push rotating axis by hands after installation, the hand should be felt same force when rotating .
8) The medium must be filled up before device working , in order to avoid empty friction to make seal failure .
9) For these easy crystal medium, when medium temperature more than 80 ℃ , the medium should be cooled in time .
10) Coating a layer of cleaning machine oil on the surface of sealing phase when installing, please pay special attention to choosing the machine oil to avoid invasion of oil expansion or accelerate aging .


4. Role of balance tank and sealing liquid stations: provide pressure protection for mechanical seals and balance the pressure on mechanical seals and cooling.


5. Structural characteristics of sealing liquid Station: fully enclosed tank with air filtration unit, oil filter, oil temperature & page indicator and automatic oil feeding and pressure maintaining devices .


6. Packing seal principle: after packing into the packing chamber, the axial compression of its screw cap, when the axis of the filler relative movement, due to the plastic filler material, it generates a radial force, and in close contact with the shaft. At the same time, the lubricant impregnated in the filler is extruded in the form an oil film between the contact surfaces .

Have poisonous and harmful substance in – tank.
Have sanitation grade requirement.
Widely applied in chemical industry, food industry, medicine industry, Bio fermentation industry and biological fermentation.
